Etleva Haka
Etleva Haka is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Haka & Associates Law Firm, bringing extensive expertise in law, corporate advisory, and international dispute resolution. With over a decade of experience, has held senior leadership roles, including serving as Director of the Internal Services Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Albania for more than 12 years. In this capacity, she was responsible for cross-border legal matters, corporate law, and strategic international cooperation. In addition, she served as a Conciliator at the OSCE Court of Conciliation in Geneva, Switzerland, and was a long-standing Committee Member of the International Law Association in the field of the Procedure of International Courts and Tribunals. These international engagements have enriched her expertise in arbitration, strategy, and high-level negotiations.
Today, as Managing Partner of Haka & Associates, Etleva Haka combines deep knowledge of corporate law with a strong commitment to delivering tailored legal solutions for both domestic and international clients.

The CEO of Haka & Associates Law Firm leads the firm with a strong foundation in both law and business administration, bringing a strategic and forward-thinking approach to legal and business consulting. Based in Tirana, the firm has earned a reputation for excellence in advising clients across a range of complex legal and commercial matters. She specializes in corporate law, foreign investment policies, and business consulting, offering tailored solutions to both local and international clients. Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Beijing Institute of Technology, and being fluent in Chinese, the CEO brings a unique global perspective that is particularly valuable in facilitating cross-border collaborations, especially between Albanian businesses and Chinese investors.
With over two years of experience in finance and legal roles, CEO of Haka & Associates Law Firm is deeply committed to helping clients navigate legal complexities while achieving their business objectives.
